Saikospeed Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines summarize the rules for participating on Saikospeed Community. They are provided for convenience and do not replace the full Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Services.

Saikospeed Community Rules

Respect other users. Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, doxxing, and abusive conduct are prohibited.
Comply with applicable law. Do not post, promote, or facilitate illegal activity, street racing, reckless driving, evading law enforcement, fraud, theft, emissions tampering, or unsafe conduct.
Do not misuse the platform. Hacking, scraping, spam, bots, exploits, malware, platform manipulation, and attempts to bypass security or moderation systems are prohibited.
Do not post scams or deceptive promotions. Phishing, fake giveaways, fake sponsorships, fake listings, affiliate spam, and unauthorized advertising are prohibited.
Respect intellectual property and privacy rights. Only upload content that you own or have permission to use.
Do not post explicit, exploitative, or non-consensual content. Pornographic content, non-consensual intimate content, child exploitation, and sexualized content involving minors are strictly prohibited.
Protect personal information. Do not post another person's private information, photos, license plates, location, messages, or identity without permission.
Represent builds, products, and promotions honestly. Fake reviews, false sponsorships, manipulated engagement, misleading dyno numbers, false fitment claims, and deceptive promotional content are prohibited.
Review AI outputs carefully. AI-generated content, recommendations, summaries, classifications, and fitment suggestions may be inaccurate and must not be relied on without independent verification.
Moderation decisions are made at our discretion. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when we believe action is appropriate to protect users, the community, the Services, Saikospeed, or Happy Racer LLC.
